 Market Research

Market research is an essential step in launching a new product or starting a new business. Market research aims to understand the reason customer will buy your product. During the session, we will do in-depth results to find the product-market fit and eventually creating a business plan.

Branding helps the startup establish its own identity. The brand is not just the logo or the name or design, but the whole personality of the organization. That’s why it is essential for the company to choose and promote a brand that represents their business methods and core values.

Prototype Development

A prototype can help see how well a product will work in the real world. Based on the business plan, a mobile-based or web-based or interactive prototype is developed and deployed to your AWS account, to demonstrate how the product works and test base with potential customers.

While launching a new product is a huge responsibility, a well-planned marketing strategy from the business plan is a must to find clients and customers for your business. Reconnecting with customers initially discovered during the market research, to valid and collect product feedback.

Meet Potential Co-Founders

A common challenge faced by every entrepreneur is that they don’t have the bandwidth, interest or skills to do everything that is required to build their startup. Of course, they can outsource part of the work or hire employees, but that approach means more time and money to manage the work, which they don’t have. The right answer is to find a co-founder with complementary skills.
